Once the search and
analysis are completed and the law firm has confirmed that your
mark can stand by itself in your industry, the law firm can apply
for your trademark registration.
The government fee for a trademark application is $325.

review your trademark application. If your application is rejected,
the law firm can respond to those problems. Once the application is
accepted and approved, a certificate is issued for the trademark
registration.
